1. Introduction
Greatest Hits is developed and operated by NoirTech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use Greatest Hits. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name (display name), email address, and authentication credentials (managed securely via Google Firebase Authentication).
User-Generated Content: We collect and store audio recordings you create (punch callouts), video recordings you create (punch demonstrations), punch combination names and metadata, drill and playlist configurations, and spar session history and statistics.
Device Information: We collect device identifiers used by Firebase for app functionality and security, and app usage data via Firebase Analytics.
Advertising Data: For free tier users, Google AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, device information, and usage data for ad targeting purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the App's core functionality, sync your content across devices (Premium users), display your session history and statistics, authenticate your account, improve the App through analytics, display relevant advertisements to free tier users, and send important service notifications.
4. Data Storage
Local Storage: All media files (audio and video recordings) are stored in your device's private internal storage. These files are not accessible to other apps or visible in your device's photo gallery.
Cloud Storage (Premium Users): Premium subscribers' media files are also backed up to Google Firebase Storage, secured with end-to-end access controls. Only you can access your files.
Database: Your account information, punch metadata, drill configurations, and session history are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a secure cloud database.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics), Google AdMob (advertising for free tier users), and Google Play Billing (subscription management). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies. We may also disclose your information if required by law or court order.
6. Advertising
Free tier users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized advertising by going to your device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
7. Subscription and Billing
Subscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Google Play's billing system.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your Firestore data (account info, punches, drills, sessions) and Firebase Storage files (Premium users) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Local files on your device must be manually deleted by you.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication for secure login, Firestore and Firebase Storage security rules ensuring users can only access their own data, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
10. Children's Privacy
Greatest Hits is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us at noirtech.co@gmail.com and we will delete their data immediately.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at noirtech.co@gmail.com.
GDPR (European Users): As a Swedish company, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is processed on the legal basis of contract performance and legitimate interest.
12. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by submitting a request at our Account Deletion Request Form. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
